JENSEN ACKLES, SUPERNATURAL
For the second time in the EWwys’ three-year history, Jensen Ackles took home the title of Best Actor in a Drama, proving that EW.com readers are more open-minded about sci-fi (and The CW) than Emmy voters. Ackles drew 32.7 percent of the vote, enough to beat out last year’s champ, Lost’s Josh Holloway, who had 23.7 percent. The order of finish was completed by Thomas Gibson (Criminal Minds), Ian Somerhalder (The Vampire Diaries), and Timothy Olyphant (Justified).

Comic-Con 2010 | Supernatural & Under the Red Hood

Just added a bunch of photos from the Comic Con 2010 held in July in San Diego. Screencaps of the Supernatural panel will be added as soon as The CW release some kind of HD clip of the event. Jensen wasn’t at the Under the Red Hood panel, however the guys did show a short intro clip featuring him. Enjoy the video below

Welcome back!! :)

Welcome to the all new Desiring Jensen! We had the previous layout up for a very looong time and I thought we needed something fresh and summery. My friends Nicole and Laura helped me with this. Nicole made this amazing header and Laura made an amazing theme for the gallery! ♥♥♥

I’m sloooowly but surely revamping and adding contents, when I adopted out the site in January I just kept adding things, I didn’t sort out pages or the gallery, well this new layouts marks a ‘turning point’ for the site. I’m going to revamp all the contents, I already added over 3000 photos to the gallery and while you’re reading this I’m still adding and fixing things. All the screencaps from the extras from Season 2, 3 and 4 are finally online, together with the final episode of Season 5 and some old episode stills. I should spend hours linking you everything I added so I’ll just link you the last uploads. All the pics are from page 1 to page 20!
Also thank you for all the kind comments and messages I received, you have no idea how much I appreciated them! Love you guys <3

One more thing, you probably noticed the (Red) mark on the header and all the words with the red letters are now...well red! Why? Simple. While I was redesigning the site I thought about how many people visit daily or monthly, and guys believe me, you're a lot. So why don’t take advantage of it for a good cause? I already did this on another site but it didn't work out and I was really disappointed. It made me think… is other people’s life really so unimportant to us? The fact that these are sites for fun, dedicated to actors, doesn’t excuse the total lack of social awareness and interest for something that should mean a lot to everyone of us.
No one has ever left a comment on the matter, no one ever gave a damn, not even when I linked THIS VIDEO to them. I don't want to force you to do anything you don't want to. I'll just leave some links here and I hope I'll receive some feedbacks. This is the link to DONATE: remember two pills a day can help a human being with HIV to stay alive and they cost only 40 cents. EDIT: I totally forgot to tell you this!! Coppermine added a new script into the new version that reads the screen resolution of your visitor and “full-size” photos are resized to best fit that resolution. They’ve done this to allow people with a slower connection or smaller monitor to see the full image instead of having to scroll. If the image is saved, it will save in its full original size. Pretty cool, don’t you think? ^__^

Affiliates, Top Affiliates & Elites

With the new version I’m gonna put online next week I’m going to clean up the Affiliates section. This means that I’m going to delete the sites that are closed or have been inactive in over 3 months.
I’m going to make a new Elite section with new fansites and I’m going to move mine in another part of the site, the rest will be deleted (sorry but I don’t think that some of the sites we have now can be classified as elites), this means that there are at least 12 new spots open.

THE RULES
Affiliates: I’m going to accept anyone as Affiliate as long as your site is up and running. No dead fansites please.
Top Affiliates: Great graphic and great contents.
Elites: Exceptional graphic, exceptional contents, exceptional gallery. Must be the best of the best!! No need to be said but…ENGLISH ONLY.

Season 5 on DVD – TV Spot

Stupid people is stupid.

One of my friends made a video about Dean and I wanted to share it with you. Or at least with the people who care for the site. Really care. You probably saw that I was not updating, well you have to thank all the people who insulted Jensen, Danneel and me during this months if I lost any interest in updating this site (the last REAL update is May 7th). Or any of my sites for that matter.
But this last week something changed, I received a mail, a beautiful mail from one of you and it made me change my mind about giving up this site.
And I simply decided that it was time to change the rules. From now on all the people who ever told me that I was a wh**e, that I deserve to die, that Danneel is a wh**e or unbelievable things like that are banned permanently. It means that you can still see the site, you can leave comments but no one is going to see them, not even me. EVER. The Spam folder is where they belong to and is where they’re going automatically after you press Send.
If you still think I’m not the right webmistress for this site, that I’m not doing anything, that me and my family deserve to die because I’m a total bit**, well that’s your problem. You see the white cross with the red background at the top of this page? Yea there, on the right. Go and click on it and never come back.
I’m not going anywhere. I’m here to stay. Deal with it.

Now for the real fans, the ones who always have been so sweet and patient: THANK YOU and forgive me if it took me so long to come back. Give me another week to upgrade all the scripts and the site will be fully updated with a lot of new pictures, clips and screencaps!

Oh wait. Another thing. Sentences like “if there’s any democracy on this site you’re going to accept my comment” make me laugh. Do you think I’m stupid? Insulting the wife and the actor on which i have a fansite it’s not smart AT ALL. Insulting someone has NOTHING TO DO with democracy. And thanks to people like you this is not a democracy anymore.

Mr. and Mrs. Jensen Ackles, FINALLY!!!

Just an update about what’s happened yesterday! Hehehe girls I received so many mails since this morning that I don’t know what to say…I mean…I’m sooo happy you took so well the news, I’M PROUD OF YOU!! By the way, I don’t think I will be able to forward any of your mails to Jensen or his agent because I’m not in contact with them but if you want, you can leave a message here in this post and let’s hope the happy couple is gonna stop by and read your congratulations, ok? ^__^

P.S. I hope they’re gonna release an official picture, i’m not comfortable posting the pictures you saw at JustJared. They look very private, if you know what I mean.

‘Supernatural’ fans loyal to Ackles

Supernatural has been on TV long enough that Jensen Ackles feels he has grown up in front of the camera.

“It’s a very common phrase we use on set: ‘Wow, you were much better in your 20s,’ ” Ackles said. “And it applies to a lot of people.”

Ackles may have turned 32 earlier this year, but neither he nor his character on Supernatural have slowed down. In fact, when Supernatural airs its fifth-season finale on Thursday, (CW, Sun-TV in Ontario), the series essentially will wrap up the main spooky storyline that has played out over a half-decade.
